1. SPONSOR
This giveaway is sponsored by Judith Vandsburger, JV Dream Homes, affiliated with Keller Williams Bay Area Estates, 16780 Lark Ave Ste A, Los Gatos, CA 95032. Phone: 408.560.9000.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the State of California who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Limit one (1) entry per household. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The giveaway begins on July 15, 2026, and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
Visit JVDreamHomes.com/giveaway and complete the entry form with your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. All fields are required. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a $50 Visa Card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50.00. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
6. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or around August 1, 2026, using an online random selection tool. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be notified via email using the address provided at the time of entry. The winner has three (3) days from the date of notification to respond and claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within three (3) days, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
8. PRIVACY & COMMUNICATIONS
By entering this giveaway, you agree to receive giveaway-related communications from JV Dream Homes. Your information may also be added to the JV Dream Homes newsletter mailing list. Marketing communications are optional and may be unsubscribed from at any time. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform. This giveaway is not contingent upon the use of any real estate services provided by Judith Vandsburger or JV Dream Homes. This giveaway is completely independent of any real estate services. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this giveaway at any time for any reason. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. The Sponsor’s total liability to any winner shall not exceed the stated value of the prize.
11. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
